Dear Partners of the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights:
With great excitement, I am sending you the flyer about the 7th Annual Kentucky Hispanic, Immigrant and Refugee Networking Summit on October 12, 2012 at the Kentucky State University’s Research Farm in Frankfort. Everyone is invited to attend, participate and set up informational booths. Please feel free to bring your biggest booth. We have sufficient space to accommodate.
This is an event that many previous attendees have encouraged us to do every year. It has truly provided an opportunity for community leaders from immigrant and refugee populations to learn and meet representatives of federal, state, and city government agencies.
For government service providers, if you are interested in reaching out to immigrants and refugees across Kentucky, you will have opportunity to meet immigrant leaders who understand and know the community well. The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights has worked tirelessly for the past ten years to build this network of contacts. We would like to introduce you our great partners who have worked with us to ensure that every person in Kentucky has equal opportunities in employment and housing regardless of their race, color, disability, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, and age (40 year and over).
