Have you ever wondered why there are not more Hispanics in government, in boardrooms, in leadership positions in general?  How can you change this situation?

Have you ever thought about going to Washington, working for the government, representing Hispanics and providing a Hispanic voice in government?

Join the NSHMBA family on July 11, 2012 to hear how Dan Molina, “one of our own”, is trying to make a personal difference by becoming a White House Fellow.  He was named a 2012-2013 Regional Finalist (top 100 in the US) on his first try, and intends to pursue the Fellowship once again next year.  Dan will share his journey and “lessons learned” during his first try as well as his plans for the upcoming year’s application.  You can use Dan’s learnings to achieve any leadership goal you aspire to.
