PMW Ensemble to Perform (From Cincinnati) at Carnegie Hall in 2017

Marion Peraza de Webb, Director and Violin Teacher of the Peraza Music Workshop and Aishwarya Varma member of the PMW String Ensemble talk about their passion for music, their participation at the Festival of Gold at the Strathmore Music Center in Washington, DC where they won first place among all the string ensembles and orchestras and received the highest composite score for the festival, despite being the youngest ensemble in the competition (ages 10-15) —and their performance earned the PMW Ensemble an invitation to perform at New York’s Carnegie Hall in March 2017. Peraza Music Workshop is located in the College Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati. Led by Marion Peraza de Webb, this violin and chamber music teaching studio caters to young classical violinists from throughout the Tristate area. Peraza Music Workshop offers outreach concerts at various community venues throughout the year.
