Columbus News: Ohio Hispanic Coalition After School Program is looking for a Program coordinator and Supervisor at the West side of Columbus Bilingual Spanish/English applicants are preferred. Hours are Monday through Friday, 3PM-7PM.

Program Coordinator:
Rate – $15/hour
Program Coordinator will be in charge of all day-to-day elements of running the organization including, but not limited too:
-Creating weekly schedule of activities
-Maintaining and updating individual student files which include parent contact information, student information, attendance record, program test scores, report-card information and activity-related grades
-Overseeing the maintenance of all academic data spreadsheets
-Communicating any problems, concerns, or comments surrounding students, activities or staff members to Program Officer
-Organize and execute Individual Parent/Staff Conference every month
-Delegating the running of specific activities to Supervisors
-Writing and submitting progress reports to Program Officer as needed
Supervisor:
Rate – $12/hour
Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
-Running all activities as assigned by Program Coordinator
-Communicating any problems, concerns, or comments surrounding students, activities or staff members to Program Coordinator
-Provide tutoring and homework assistance to students
-Writing and submitting progress reports to Program Officer as needed
-Providing a positive, organized, respectful and culturally appropriate learning environment for students
-Attend Individual Parent/Staff Conference every month, as needed
