Alliance for Immigrant Women partner Women Helping Women is seeking a Latina Outreach Coordinator to provide information about domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking to Latina communities and Latina survivors in Hamilton and Butler counties.

Latina Outreach Advocate
Women Helping Women (WHW) is seeking a Latina Outreach Advocate to provide outreach and education about domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking to Latina communities as well as crisis intervention/advocacy to Latina survivors of sexual assault in Butler County and Latina survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking in Hamilton County.
Successful candidates will have strong public speaking, direct service skills and expertise in the field of domestic violence/sexual assault. The Latina Outreach Advocate provides education and outreach, hotline and face-to-face crisis intervention, support group facilitation, safety planning, accompaniment to court hearings and hospital visits, and other crisis intervention services as needed.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service related field. Access to reliable transportation, the ability to communicate in a crisis, a flexible schedule and team approach are needed. Bi-lingual skills required. Some evening and weekend work is required. WHW will consider one full-time position serving both counties or two part-time positions, one in each county. Please indicate full or part time availability in cover letter.
